Terms
This page says what you get when you order a video from me, what I need from you, and what happens when something is not right.
What you are buying
You get a short campaign video made from the photos, phone clips and notes you send me. I write the video from your notes, so you do not need a script. If you have one, I use it. I edit everything from your own material. Nobody comes to film. No film crew, no shoot day, no travel.
Each video has captions, music, and the "Paid for by" line your committee gives me. You pick the shape: vertical for phones or horizontal for YouTube and a website. You tell me the style you want, bold, warm, animated, like a classic TV spot, or leave it to me.
What the price does not cover: filming new footage, paying a platform to show the video, or placing and managing ads. A finished video can be posted on your own pages, emailed, or put on your website.
Price and payment
Payment is taken in full when you place the order. The price depends on the length and on whether you want one shape or both. The order page shows it before you pay. If you have a discount code, you enter it on the payment page. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The charge appears as CAMPAIGN CUTS.
An order holds 1 to 5 videos, each with its own short brief.
Delivery
Finished videos go to the email address on your order within 48 hours of the order. If your material or notes are not enough for me to start, I write to you and the clock runs from your answer.
Changes and refunds
To change something, reply to the delivery email and tell me what to fix. I revise the video.
If you do not like your videos, tell me and I refund the order in full to the card it was paid with.
An order is covered by the terms as they stood when it was placed.
What you send me
You confirm you may use the photos, clips, names and logos you send. The people shown are fine appearing in a campaign video. What a video says about the candidate, an opponent or an issue is your campaign's statement. Your campaign answers for its accuracy.
Your "Paid for by" line and election rules
Your committee supplies the disclaimer wording it is required to use. Rules differ by state and office, so I do not tell anyone what theirs must say. I put the wording on the video exactly as given. I do not give legal advice. Your campaign is responsible for following the election, advertising and platform rules that apply to it.
Using your videos
The finished videos are yours to use for your campaign, on any channel, for as long as you like. I do not use a customer's video as a sample or in my own marketing unless you agree. Every sample ad on this site is for a made-up candidate and is labelled as such.
What I cannot promise
A video does not guarantee votes, reach or an election result. I do not place or manage advertising. I use software and AI tools for parts of the work, including voiceover, music and generated imagery, and I edit everything myself. If I get something wrong, the remedy is a corrected video or a full refund of that order. My liability for an order goes no further than what was paid for it.
Orders I turn down
I may decline an order. Examples: one that attacks a person with claims I cannot stand behind, one that incites hatred, or one that uses material you have no right to use. A declined order is refunded in full.
